1. 27일 민주당 이재명 대표 체포동의안 국회 표결 예정

2. 23일~26일 4일간 울진대게와 붉은대게축제 열려

울진군은 '2023 울진대게와 붉은 대게축제'를 23일부터 26일까지 후포항 일원에서 개최합니다. 축제는 코로나19로 인해 4년 만에 열립니다. 울진군은 축제를 찾는 관광객들과 주민들이 해산물을 저렴하게 맛볼 수 있도록 '경매 이벤트'등을 확대합니다. 또 대게빵과 대게고로케, 대게장비빔밥, 대게국수 등 울진 해산물을 활용한 음식으로 특별한 울진의 맛을 선사할 예정입니다. 이밖에도 대게의 일생을 한눈에 볼 수 있는 대게 전시관과 후포 요트학교에서 운영하는 요트 체험, 맨손 활어잡기 체험, 대게 무료 시식 행사 등 다양한 참여 프로그램을 마련합니다.

3. 노란봉투법, 21일 환노위 전체회의 통과될 듯

정부와 국민의힘 반대에도 노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 2,3조 개정안 일명 노란봉투법이 야당주도로 처리될 전망입니다. 앞서 노란봉투법은 더불어민주당과 정의당 주도로 환경노동위원회 법안심사소위원회와 안건조정위원회를 통과했으며, 오는 21일 환노위 전체회의를 남겨두고 있습니다. 지난 15일 개최된 법안소위에서는 국민의힘 소속 의원 3명의 반대에도 불구하고, 과반이 넘는 5명의 야당 의원들이 주도해 법안이 가결됐습니다. 17일 안건조정위원회에서도 4대2로 가결되자, 국민의힘 소속 안건조정위원들은 강하게 반발하며 회의 시작 10분 만에 퇴장하기도 했습니다.

3. Yellow Envelope Law to be Passed by the House of Representatives on the 21st

5. 청약통장 해지 러시...대구 감소율 '전국최고'

부동산 시장이 얼어붙은 대구의 최근 1년 새 청약통장 예치금 감소율이 12.2%로 전국에서 가장 높았습니다. 19일 더불어민주당 양경숙 의원실이 국토교통부에서 받은 자료를 분석한 결과 지난달 대구의 청약통장 예치금은 3조6천931억원으로, 전년 동월 4조2천56억원보다 12.2% 줄었습니다. 감소율은 전국 17개 시·도 중에서 유일하게 두 자릿수를 기록했습니다. 경북도 같은 기간 2조9천700억원에서 2조6천956억원으로 9.2% 떨어져, 감소율이 전국에서 두 번째로 높았습니다. 한편 같은 기간 전국의 청약통장 예치금은 100조1천849억원으로 전년 동월 102조5천323억원보다 2.3% 감소했습니다.

5. Rush to cancel subscription accounts...Daegu reduction rate 'nation's highest'

Daegu, where the real estate market is frozen, saw a 12.2 percent decline in subscription passbook deposits in the past year, the highest in the country. According to an analysis of data received from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport by the office of Rep. Gyeongbuk also had the second-highest decline in the country, falling 9.2 percent to 2.695 trillion won from 2.970 trillion won in the same period. Meanwhile, the nation's subscription passbook deposits in the same period reached 10.189 trillion won, down 2.3 percent from 10.053 trillion won a year earlier.


6. 소주·맥주 가격 또 오를 듯…'소주 1병 6천원' 오나

'국민술'로 불리는 소주와 맥주 가격이 지난해에 이어 올해 또 오를 전망입니다. 19일 기획재정부와 주류업계 등에 따르면 오는 4월부터 맥주에 붙는 세금인 주세가 지난해보다 리터당 30.5원 올라 885.7원이 됩니다. 지난해 리터당 20.8원 오른 것을 감안하면 세금 인상 폭이 더 커진 셈입니다. 통상 주세 인상은 주류업체의 출고가 인상과 연동됩니다. 주정에 감미료를 섞어 만드는 소주는 맥주처럼 주세가 오른 것은 아니지만 원가 부담은 계속 느는 추세입니다. 주정을 국내에 독점유통하는 업체가 이미 지난해 10년만에 주정가격을 7.8%나 인상했습니다. 설상가상 지난달 말에는 병 제조업체가 소주병 공급가격을 병당 180원에서 220원으로 20% 넘게 올렸습니다. 일반 식당의 술값은 대개 가격 인상요인이 생기면 500원~1천단위로 올립니다. 현재 추세라면 병당 4천~7천원인 소주·맥주 가격이 각각 6천원, 8천원 되는 시기도 멀지 않아 보입니다.


6. Soju and beer prices to rise again...'6,000 won for a bottle of soju' on the way

The prices of soju and beer, known as 'national liquor', are expected to rise again this year following last year's increase. According to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance and the liquor industry on the 19th, the liquor tax, a tax attached to beer, will increase by 30.5 won per liter from last year to 885.7 won from April. Considering that the tax increased by 20.8 won per liter last year, the increase is even greater. Typically, liquor tax increases are tied to increases in the price of alcoholic beverages. Soju, which is made by mixing liquor with sweeteners, hasn't seen the same increase in taxes as beer, but its costs have continued to rise. The monopoly distributor of soju in Korea has already raised the price of soju by 7.8% in the past year, the first time in 10 years. To make matters worse, late last month, a bottle manufacturer raised the price of soju bottles by more than 20%, from 180 won to 220 won per bottle. The price of alcohol in a restaurant usually increases by 500 to 1,000 units when there is a price increase. At the current rate, it won't be long before the price of soju and beer, which are 4,000 to 7,000 won per bottle, will reach 6,000 and 8,000 won, respectively.
