A man in his 30s who opened the emergency door of an aircraft was ordered by the Daegu District Court to pay 720 million won in compensation.

대구지법 민사 12부는 아시아나 항공이 30대 A씨를 상대로 낸 손해배상 청구 소송에서 항공기 훼손 등의 책임을 물어 "피고는 원고에게 7억2천702만8천729원을 지급하라"며 원고 승소 판결했다고 5일 밝혔습니다. A씨는 지난해 5월 26일 낮 12시 37분쯤 제주공항에서 승객 197명을 태우고 대구국제공항으로 향하던 아시아나 항공기의 비상문을 강제로 열어 항공기 외부 비상 탈출용 슬라이드 등을 훼손시켰습니다.

The court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff 727,028,729 won (approximately 720 million won). On May 26 of last year, at around 12:37 p.m., Mr. A forcibly opened the emergency door of an Asiana Airlines aircraft, which was carrying 197 passengers from Jeju Airport to Daegu International Airport, causing damage to the emergency evacuation slide and other parts of the aircraft's exterior.

영남일보 취재진이 법원 통계 자료를 분석한 결과, 대구 부모들은 신생아 이름으로 '도윤'과 '서아'를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났습니다. 지난해 출생한 남자 아이 가운데 도윤이라는 이름이 103건으로 전체 8.46%를 차지하며 가장 많았습니다. 도윤에 이어 이준 8.13%·99건, 서준 6.82%·83건, 유준 6.08%·74건, 하준 6.08%·74건 순으로 많았습니다. 여자 아이 이름은 서아가 8.0%인 85건으로 1위에 올랐습니다. 이어 아윤6.49%·69건, 지유 6.30%·67건, 윤슬 6.11%·65건, 이서 5.64%·60건이었습니다.

3. 지역 고교생 딥페이크 성착취물 제작 판매했다가 입건

Local high school student arrested for producing and selling deepfake sexual exploitation material

경기 안산상록경찰서는 청소년보호법 상 아동·청소년성착취물의 제작·배포, 성폭력처벌법 위반 혐의로 대구경북 지역 소재 고등학생 A군을 형사 입건했다고 5일 밝혔습니다.
A군은 지난 6월 SNS에 딥페이크 성착취물 판매 광고를 올린 뒤 텔레그램을 통해 장당 1천원에서 2천원에 판매하는 등 불법 성착취물을 제작하고 유포한 혐의를 받고 있습니다. 현재까지 확인된 피해자는 학생과 교사 등 총 10여 명으로, 피해자 수가 더 늘어날 가능성도 있는 것으로 전해졌습니다.

4. 한국안광학산업진흥원 팀장급 직원 부당해고 판정

부정 청탁 의혹으로 한국 안광학산업 진흥원에서 파면 조치를 당한 팀장급 직원이 부당해고를 인정받았다. 5일 경북지방 노동위원회의 심판사건 의결 결과 통지서에 따르면, 최근 열린 진흥원 부당파면 구제신청 관련 심판위원회에서 팀장급으로 재직하다 파면당한 직원 A씨의 구제신청을 인정하는 판정이 내려졌습니다. 진흥원은 지난 4월 부정 청탁 의혹을 받는 A씨에 대한 징계 위원회를 열고, 의결 절차를 거쳐 파면 조치를 내렸습니다.


5. 경북도, TK신공항 복합도시 '미래형 모빌리티 시티'로 조성

경북도가 의성 등 대구경북 신공항 인근을 '미래형 모빌리티 시티'로 조성하기 위해 기본구상 수립 연구용역에 착수했다고 5일 밝혔습니다. 도는 신공항과 인접한 의성군과 배후 인근 영향권을 중심으로 자율주행과 단거리 도심항공교통, 중장거리 미래항공교통, 모빌리티 허브 등 첨단 모빌리티 기술을 도입한 공항 복합도시를 조성할 방침입니다.

국민의힘 김승수 의원은 지난 4일 예산결산 특별위원회 '2023 회계연도 결제심사 경제분야' 질의에서 "중저준위 방폐장이 위치한 경주에는 법에 따라서 방폐장을 짓는 조건으로 한수원을 경주로 이전한 것"이라며, "한수원의 해외수출사업본부를 다른 지역으로 옮기는 것 자체는 법률 위반 사항"이라고 강하게 비판했습니다. 안덕근 산업통상자원부 장관은 "저희하고 구체적으로 협의가 된 바는 없고 한수원 내부적으로 저런 검토가 있었는지 모르겠다"며 "살펴보도록 하겠다"고 답했습니다.
